What insurances are you in-network with?

I currently accept:

• Blue Cross of Idaho

• Regence Blue Shield of Idaho

• Aetna

• UnitedHealthcare

• SelectHealth

• Mountain Health CO-OP

I do not accept Medicaid or straight Medicare.

What happens if you aren’t in-network with my insurance?

If your insurance isn’t one I am in-network with I will gladly provide you with documentation to turn in to your insurance company, although I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

If I do not use insurance, how much does therapy cost?

An initial intake is $200 and each session is $150.

What if I can’t afford your rate?

I believe therapy should be accessible, so I offer a limited number of reduced rate slots for those who are not able to pay the full rate. Please contact me to discuss this further.

Do you work with children or couples?

I do not work with children under 16 or couples. I am passionate about helping adults live healthier lives so they can be more present with their partners and children.
