Parts Work (Internal Family Systems)

Parts work is based on the idea that all of us have multiple parts of ourselves that engage with the world in various ways. Within therapy you will get to know each part of you and what its role is in your system as a whole. The goal of therapy is for you to develop healthy relationships with all your parts, so that you can increase compassion toward yourself, which helps to decrease symptoms of many mental health issues and promotes healing of your system as a whole.


Parts Work can help to decrease symptoms of:
